By enrolling in any program offered by Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective ("Company," "Coach," or "Mentor"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
1. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:
• You engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• You fail to follow program guidelines
• You impair the experience of other participants
• You violate confidentiality or intellectual property terms
Respectful communication is required in all live calls, community spaces, and private messaging.
2. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. You agree:
- Not to infringe any Program participants' or the Company's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights;
- That any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company.
- Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions;
- That all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company;
- The reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited;
- That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
While you are free to discuss your individual results from our programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.
Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
3. PROGRAM CONTENT
- Program education and information are intended for a general audience and do not purport to be, nor should they be construed as, advice or counseling tailored to any specific business or industry.
- All materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all manuals, all teaching aids, and the like that have been or will be made available by Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with this training program only.
- Program content is for individual use only and may not be sold, tape-recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective or its designated agent.
- The information contained in program material is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply (or not apply) ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.
- We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
4. GUARANTEE
The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or symptom reduction.
Nervous system regulation and anxiety recovery are individual processes that depend on participation, consistency, and personal responsibility.
If a results continuation policy is offered within a specific program, it applies only when:
• Client attends scheduled sessions
• Client completes assigned integration work
• Client actively participates in program support
The Company reserves the right to request proof of participation.
Failure to engage fully disqualifies eligibility for any extended support.
5. OFFER AND PAYMENT TERMS
Programs may include:
• Embodied Lioness 90 Day Private Program
• The Lioness Self Trust Accelerator
• Monthly Membership
Pricing and payment options are listed on your specific checkout page.
All payments are non refundable and non transferable.
If enrolled in a payment plan, you are legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation, satisfaction, relocation, or personal circumstances.
No pauses, suspensions, or cancellations are permitted once enrollment is complete unless approved at the sole discretion of the Company.
Missed sessions do not roll over.
6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL (For Recurring Payments)
For recurring programs such as the Monthly Membership:
• Your subscription automatically renews monthly
• Payment will be charged to your original payment method
• You must cancel prior to your renewal date to avoid future charges
Failure to cancel before renewal results in continued billing for the next term.
7. THIRD-PARTY FINANCING PROVIDERS
Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective may offer customers the option to utilize third-party financing providers, such as [EXAMPLES, e.g., Affirm, Klarna], to facilitate payment for products or services. By choosing to finance a purchase through one of these providers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Independent Agreement: Any financing agreement entered into with a third-party financing provider is an independent agreement between you and the respective provider. Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective is not a party to any financing arrangement and does not influence or control the terms, approval process, or conditions set by these providers.
- Payment Responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with the payment terms established by the third-party financing provider. Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective is not responsible for any late fees, interest charges, penalties, or other obligations arising from your agreement with the financing provider.
- No Liability: Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective is not liable for any disputes, claims, or issues that may arise between you and the financing provider, including but not limited to credit decisions, payment processing errors, or changes in financing terms. Any concerns or disputes regarding financing should be directed to the respective third-party provider.
- Non-Refundable Transactions: Payments made through third-party financing providers remain subject to Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective’s refund and cancellation policies. Approval of financing does not alter the refund eligibility of your purchase as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Not Therapy or Medical Care:
- The Company provides coaching and education in nervous system regulation and embodied self trust. Services are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or a substitute for licensed healthcare.
- You agree to seek appropriate licensed care when needed.
- Results Not Guaranteed:
Individual results vary. Your outcome depends on your participation and circumstances. - Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation. - You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well being during and after participation.
You release and hold harmless it Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective and its representatives from claims arising from your participation.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
- Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, cyber-attacks, or labor disputes.
10. NO LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
- Any business, lifestyle, mental health, or financial advice provided within Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective are for informational and educational purposes only.
- You should seek licensed professional advice from legal, mental, financial, tax, or other certified professionals before making decisions.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith mediation.
If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Douglas County, Nebraska.
You waive the right to class action or jury trial.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT
- Fit Lioness Women, LLC d/b/a Lioness Alchemy Collective reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
