I’m Tiff.

I help high functioning women who struggle with anxiety regulate their nervous system and overcome chronic stress symptoms so they can feel steady, clear, and present again.

For years, I looked fine on the outside while feeling internally overwhelmed. Constant overthinking. Tension in my body. Exhaustion that never fully lifted.

What changed everything was learning how to work with my nervous system instead of fighting it.

Now I teach women how to calm anxiety at the root through somatic, body based regulation. Not coping. Not pushing through. Real regulation.
